At diYachting we have unrivalled experience on CNB yachts, we were involved in the development, management and crewing of the CNB Bordeaux 60 since the inception of the brand "Bordeaux Yachts" in 2007. We were consulted on the project from very early on and were influential in the design and build stages of this exciting new yacht. In 2007 we were at CNB in Bordeaux for the final few weeks of build and the launch of the first CNB Bordeaux 60, "Sunbird" where we were contracted to CNB/Sunbird for 6 months to trouble-shoot this yacht and live aboard as full time crew, maintaining it and delivering it between boat shows and client appointments. At the end of 2007 we moved our attentions on to Bordeaux 60 Hull #2 which we were now project managing for a new private owner. Hull #2 was launched at the end of 2007 and handed over to the owner in January 2008 where it was named "Disco Inferno 3".
The new owner contracted diYachting to set this yacht up as a commercial charter venture as we had done with 2 previous yachts over the proceeding 10years. He then employed us to manage and crew the yacht. We successfully ran Disco Inferno 3 for 6 years covering nearly 40,000 nautical miles including 2 transatlantics. We now know all there is to know about the Bordeaux 60, we have detailed knowledge of it's mechanics, characteristics and history. In fact we have more hands on experience aboard the Bordeaux 60 than anyone else! Since stopping work full time on Disco Inferno we now run diYachting as a professional yacht management business offering management and maintenance, charter and WINTERvention packages which will take all the worry out of your yacht ownership allowing you to relax and enjoy your yacht while we take care of all the bits you don't have the time or inclination to do yourself. Our services don't stop here, we offer services covering pretty much everything to do with yachting. We have a comprehensive list of custom upgrades we can carry out to your yacht including; Sonos & Bose music systems, TV upgrades, computer and internet networks, Apple TV, Carbonautica carbon wheels, flagpoles, SatTV antenna posts and passerelles, Quooker boiling water taps, induction cookers and race specific instrument upgrades including B&G Deckman software on iPads. We also offer new sails from North Sails with specific IRC race optimised packages and we can set your boat up for MCA Coding and the ARC transatlantic. We offer a service that gives you so much more than Guardiennage and is significantly cheaper than hiring a full time crew.
