Position: Captain & Chef/Stew.
Yacht: Moon 60 Catamaran
Start date:. End of May/Early June 2026.
Salary: A combined salary of €9,000 p/m.
Contract and Benefits: SEA Contract employed by Guernsey Company. We are looking for longevity with the crew.
Location/Programme: The Yacht is currently finishing the season in the Caribbean, where she has had a mix of owner and chartered weeks, she is being transported back to the Mediterranean by ship and is scheduled to arrive in Palma in late May. The crew will be required to join in Palma ahead of the Yacht’s arrival to assist with the offloading and preparations for the upcoming Mediterranean charter season. After the summer program, the yacht will return to the Caribbean by sailing across the Atlantic. The vessel will then continue her annual program. The vessel operates a dual season schedule. Alternating between owner use and charters, typically consisting of approximately 10 weeks of owner trips, with the remaining dedicated to charters.

Crew Requirements: The crew need to have at least 2 years previous experience working on charter Yachts and providing high-end standards onboard a catamaran of a similar size and specification. You must know naturally when to serve, when to chat and when to disappear into the background. Managing the warranty list and maintenance is very important alongside running the Yacht for charters.
Captain: Yachtmaster offshore (sail) with commercial endorsement (minimum), ENG1, STCW (or personal survival & first aid) or equivalents. As well as, minimum of two years relevant experience in command of similar size vessel and experience servicing and maintaining onboard systems inc; engine, air conditioning, water maker, generator. The Yacht has an E-motion Lithium battery system.
Chef/Stew/Deck: STCW, ENG1, MCA approved Food & Hygiene level 2. Must have the ability to prepare and present high-end cuisine suitable for luxury charters. Comfortable managing interiors, provisioning, catering & assisting on deck, including previous experience with mooring, lines and fenders and must be able to carry out solo watches.
