Position: Deck/Stew.
Yacht: 2025 Moon 60 Catamaran
Start date:. End of May/Early June 2026.
Salary: €3,500 p/m DOE
Contract and Benefits: SEA Contract employed by Guernsey Company. We are looking for longevity with the crew.
Location/Programme: The Yacht is currently finishing the season in the Caribbean, where she has had a mix of owner and chartered weeks, she is being transported back to the Mediterranean by ship and is scheduled to arrive in Palma in May. The crew will be required to join in Palma ahead of the Yacht’s arrival to assist with receiving the vessel, offload, and preparing her for the upcoming Mediterranean charter season. After the summer program, the yacht will return to the Caribbean by sailing across the Atlantic. The vessel will then continue her annual program. The vessel operates a dual season schedule. Alternating between owner use and charters, typically consisting of approximately 10 weeks of owner trips, with the remaining dedicated to charters.

Requirements: The deck/stew will ideally have previous experience working on charter Yachts and providing high-end standards onboard a catamaran of a similar size and specification. You must know naturally when to serve, when to chat and when to disappear into the background. Helping in all areas of the Yacht and being a real team player is key. Handling of lines, mooring and fenders is essential.
Stew/Deck: STCW, ENG1, Power Boat Level 2. Comfortable managing interiors, provisioning, catering & assisting on deck. Mixologist & barista trained also essential.
