Yacht: Brand New Yacht – Launching July 2026

Contract: Seafarers 12 month contract with medical cover included.

Salary: Captain: €7,000 per month –  Depending on Experience / Chef: €5,000 p/m DOE / Stew €3,500 p/m DOE

Location/Programme: The yacht is taking part in the Cannes & Monaco boat shows in September 2026, before heading to Sardinia for a photo shoot and some owner use. The yacht will then sail to the Caribbean and will take part in the Antigua Charter Show in December 2026, ahead of her Caribbean charter season.  The yacht will charter dual seasons in the Mediterranean & Caribbean.

Owners: German owners, English speaking, three children aged 19, 17 & 16. The owners plan to come aboard for 5/6 weeks per year.

Crew Requirements: The crew will ideally have previous experience providing high-end standards onboard a yacht of a similar size and specifications, with a proven ability to uphold exceptional standards at all times.  Candidates should excel in creating bespoke, luxury charter experiences, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and an intuitive approach to guest service.  The four person crew must work seamlessly as a close knit team, supporting one and another across all areas of the yacht as required.  An exceptionally high standard of cleanliness, organisation, and pride in the vessel’s presentation is essential at all times.

Captain: RYA Yachtmaster Offshore (Ocean) with commercial endorsement (minimum), ENG1, STCW (or personal survival & first aid) or equivalents, GMDSS Radio License.  The Captain should have minimum of two years previous private or charter experience in command of similar size vessel and experience servicing and maintaining onboard systems inc; engine, air conditioning, water maker, generator.

Excellent crew leadership skills, strong guest facing skills, confidence in voyage planning, weather routing and safety management.

Chef: STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2.  Candidates must demonstrate the ability to consistently produce high end, beautifully presented three course meals to a luxury charter standard.  Equally important is the ability to adapt menus to each guest preference sheet.  Candidates should be organised, clean, and efficient in a yacht galley environment.  They should also be adaptable and resourceful, with proven experience provisioning in different countries and working creatively with locally available produce when specific ingredients are not always accessible.

Stew: STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2.  We are seeking a highly organised and detail driven stew to manage the interior to an exceptional standard.  They need to help with provisioning if required, catering & assisting on deck if needed. Previous barista experience and mixology experience is essential, along with silver service skills and an eye for table decor.  Also required to be open to take direction from others, with a friendly approach and strong team player attitude.
