In September 2025, I had the pleasure of viewing Mastermind, meeting the crew and having lunch onboard in Split.

This is how good my experience was; there are lunches… and then there are yacht lunches. The kind where time slows down, the table is set perfectly, and every course reminds you exactly why life at sea hits differently.
Aboard Mastermind, lunch was a masterclass in relaxed luxury.
It started with a virgin mojito — fresh, crisp, and genuinely refreshing. No sugary overload, just mint, lime and that clean, cooling hit that instantly puts you in holiday mode.
Next up, warm focaccia with sun-dried tomato and rosemary. Soft on the inside, lightly crisp on the outside, and dangerously moreish. The sort of bread you promise yourself you’ll only have one piece of… and then quietly have three or four!
The first course was a beautifully delicate shrimp carpaccio, paired with tomatoes, basil and a subtle mustard note. Light, fresh, and perfectly balanced — elegant without trying too hard.
Then came comfort in a bowl: tomato soup with mozzarella and pesto. Rich, silky, and full of flavour, with the mozzarella adding that creamy indulgence and the pesto lifting everything with a herby punch.
For the main, sea bass with cauliflower purée and asparagus. Simple, clean, and cooked just right. The sea bass was flaky and fresh, the cauliflower purée smooth and comforting, and the asparagus added that perfect bit of bite. Proof that you don’t need fuss when the ingredients are spot on.
Dessert was a guilt-free win: chocolate brownie made with dates, no added sugar. Dense, chocolatey and satisfying — you’d never guess it was the “healthy” option.
All in all, a lunch that perfectly matched the vibe of Mastermind herself: refined, relaxed and quietly impressive. It was the kind of meal that made me lean back, smile, and think, yes… this is exactly where I’m meant to be and I can’t wait to propose her to the our clients.
