Alma is a Fountaine Pajot Samana 59 sailing catamaran and embodies the French way of life that celebrates the philosophy of carpe diem. She has a large master cabin, four queen bed cabins all with private bathrooms. This 5 cabin version means the galley is in the main saloon and so you get to witness your award winning chef rustling up all kinds of delicious treats. Lizzie and I were lucky enough to sample some of the canapés on board when we visited and they did not disappoint! Not surprising that same went on to win silver in the chef’s competition at the same show.
We were also super impressed by the presentation of the entire boat, pristine cabins, impeccable bed making and table displays, the stewardess also won first place for her table setting which was most notable when stepping aboard.
Th aft deck features a wide area for dining which leads up to the huge flybridge with vast lounging opportunities when coupled with the modular sunbathing stations on the foredeck.
