Sameli is a Two Oceans 75 sailing catamaran built by Balance Yachts in South Africa. Custom designed and built in 2016 and refitted in 2022/23. She is named after the owners 2 French Bulldogs Sam and Eli and you will spot motifs reminding you of this throughout the yacht.
The most striking think about Sameli is the generous aft deck with its beach club vibes, you can just picture yourself enjoying this spot at anchor before diving into the turquoise waters of Greece.
Twin tables mark the centre of the aft deck and provide a sheltered dining area where guests will take most of their meals. The double sliding doors create a seamless transition from the aft dining area into the truly capacious saloon. It’s a beautiful use of space with a creative attention to heights with the juxtaposition of the breakfast bar contrasting beautifully with the lower dining table denoting separate areas but continuing the beach club feel. The decor is so well thought through with the greys and light wooden panelling combined with the injections of green coming from the houseplants which populate each corner of the saloon.
Heading into the guest cabins there are 5 double cabins all with ensuite one of which is high up and a great choice for kids looking for a den like cabin. The showers are generously sized and the cabins are all relatively equal in size.
Now making our way out onto the flybridge there is ample lounging here and the perfect spot for sundowners, no shade whilst underway but there is an awning when anchored.
The final spot on board for lounging is the foredeck which features huge nets with multiple bean bag loungers for the ultimate comfort, let’s hope you have a good book because I doubt you’ll be moving from there once you get settled.
